Scope of our operations
We specialise in sale and rental of real estate, real estate management (housing communities) rental and management (private apartments).
- Sale and rental - we operate on the broadly understood housing market. Out offer include both new apartments, from the developer and private offer, as well as apartments from the secondary market, houses, plots for individual and property development housing. We help in purchasing, selling, renting apartments and other real estate. We advise, offer complex services with regard to sales and rental transactions, provide funding and legal services. We always take care for your safety, guide you "step by step" through all stages of transactions until an agreement is signed. We have a civil liability insurance policy. We guarantee high quality of work in nice atmosphere. In simple words, the work with us goes well.
- Real estate management – we cooperate with housing communities, and the idea of our actions consist in ensuring tidy properties, affordable fees and satisfied Residents! We operate either as the entrusted management or as the administration company, cooperating with the owner's management. We optimise maintenance costs of buildings, perform necessary renovations, introduce amenities. Always professionally and with excellence.
- We manage the rental of private apartments - we cooperate with individual owners of apartments from Poland and abroad, taking care for their apartments - we provide the continuity of rentees, perform repairs, conduct financial settlements.
